„Attached instructions received from the Port of Barcelona Authority about the new boys located at the entrance of Barcelona port in order to advise your captains about to avoid any incidence.“

Ich glaube kaum, dass es sich lohnt neue Jungs an der Hafeneinfahrt von Barcelona zu postieren. Oder sollte er etwa „buoys“ gemeint haben?
